ARISAKA Type 44 　(四四式騎兵銃)

	This is ARISAKA Type 44 Carbine. I appear in the series than Tanaka, and it is comparatively a thing released at the final stage. Because I had collected this one way of series, I purchased it unconditionally. (I bought it in the times when I was single. I think that I am carefree and was good then.) true gun, it is reported in TAKAHIROs site 「25番」. Comparison is possible by looking at the site.

	It is natural, but the mark of the chrysanthemum is on.
	This is bolt. It is general Japanese mechanism. When I close a bolt, it is a type to work as a striker at the cocking position.
Do not you feel sense of incongruity somehow here? An extracter is made by zinc why is only type44. I can hardly say about condition and the durability of the operation at all because I have not moved it.However, An extracter did not catch a cartridge when I moved it several times. And I think that the movement of the bolt was not smooth. I think to change it in search of an extracter sometime.

It is an engine part. The moving part is only a bolt stop and trigger, though. Because trigger is cocked a striker in the bolt , the trigger has only trigger and trigger SP.

It is the bayonet part which is the one of type 44 of characteristics. It is the state that the left photograph put away a bayonet in.

	It is a lock part of a magazine. The bottom of the magazine is opened when I overwhelm Locke before the trigger.
When it is other types, the magazine is maintained in the state that a frame is gaining, but comes because of type 44.

Because a bayonet comes with a muzzle part as for type 44 , I cannot put away a cleaning rod in the barrel bottom. The true gun can put away in the inside of the stock,but this model do not get possible to receive. However, the lever to open and close storing department is reproduced.
Unfortunately the lever did not make the movability be a dummy.

	I disintegrate for the first time this time and noticed, there is a thing like the gas bypass in the chamber bottom.
Because a screw is on, I seem to be able to remove a chamber part. Therefore I removed a chamber part. There was a gas bypass in the muzzle direction from a chamber.

	However, unfortunately the barrel inside is closed by insert, and the gas does not fall out. However, insert is inserted in the barrel inside, and it is a state fastened with a pin.
Gas may extremely slightly drift from the gap when I let you catch fire much. However, I do not have the proof without a plan of the ignition.

It is reported on the Internet well, but it often seems to happen that a front band collapses as for type 44. As for my thing, innumerable cracks occurred. I touched it and operated it and enjoyed it after a long absence.
When I was going to let a rear sight get up, I have been broken from a fixed part like a photograph.
I decided to make a rear sight and a front band after making a firm resolution to supply a part because it was not produced now.

	Because a site and the attached decoration part were able to be made with a steel lumber, I think so that it makes it with iron to make, and even other model guns purchase SS400 materials. Not discouraged by failure of several degrees, it was completed. Because the ピッチof the screw was small, trouble has suffered plenty though I purchased a tap and made it. Because it was a steel lumber, the sling ring just misappropriated it from the cause in a front band.
	The state that attached a part is the left photograph. There was the malfunction when I watched the details, but active play returned. By way of a report, I confirmed the details this time while oiling it, but, as for the sign of the collapse,
it was not supposed on other parts for the moment. Because It is made by zinc, I think it to collapse someday, but am going to enjoy more it for a while.
